CODE OF CONDUCT

Tashan Events reserves the right to the following code of conduct, and explicitly, without prior consent or notification, reserves the right to amend, modify, rephrase any or all such points in this memo.

By consenting to purchasing of a ticket to any Tashan Event, or by intending to enter the premises that is hosting a Tashan Event, you explicitly deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

• Tashan Events is a safe space for LGBTQI+ persons. If you do not identify with, vehemently disagree with or not support the group, its people, its existence or being, please refrain from attending.
• You are expected to maintain decorum while the event is in production.
• Photography of the performances and performers during their act are permitted.
• Photography – still, video or animated – of any patron(s) at the event, without their explicit consent, is strictly prohibited.
• Photography conducted by event organizers, including hired or temporary staff, is the sole property of Tashan Events and will not be shared with patrons unless explicitly shared on social media. Patrons who are photographed, consent to the usage of such photographs or material, for promotional purposes etc.
• Security of our patrons is of utmost importance. Please respect the consent and boundaries of people while engaging with them.
• Tashan Events does not entertain, allow, or tolerate the use of any illegal substances not allowed by law. Any patron caught in such acts of usage will be asked to leave, without any recourse to entry to the event or refund.
• Please look out for fellow patrons during the event. If someone is feeling unwell, due to intoxication by alcohol or otherwise, seek help to call them a transport home, or take them to the nearest medical help center should the situation arise.
• Failure to comply with these code of conducts and venue’s terms and conditions, and/or any complaint from any patron, attendee or participant to this effect, may be sufficient grounds for Tashan Events organizers or security personnel to remove your presence from the venue of a Tashan event, without your entitlement to any further recourse, investigation or right to a refund, and/or prosecution.
• You indemnify Tashan Events from any damages, direct or indirect, arising out of your attendance of the Event, its organizers or the venue hosting the event.
• Tashan reserves the right to modify any detail, reschedule or cancel an event without any prior notification due to any unforeseen circumstance(s). Should the show be cancelled/rescheduled for any reason, patrons will be offered a refund for the ticket.
• Tashan reserves all rights of entry.
